5 Layer Barrier Films  

Our range of 5 Layer Barrier Films are medium barrier packaging material suitable for packaging of less oxygen sensitive products. The 5 Layer Barrier Films incorporates a Nylon Polymid barrier, which makes it suitable for packing shelf stable products requiring shelf life from 6 to 12 months. Incorporation of High Barrier EVOH in the 5 Layer Barrier Films, ensure extensive protection of shelf sensitive products having limited shelf life of 30 to 60 days. Nylon & EVOH barriers prevent any contact of oxygen & moisture, thus protecting the products from rancidity & other forms of deterioration of natural properties. Some of the major application areas are:

  • Edible oil pouch
  • Pure ghee pouch
  • UHT milk pouch for long shelf life

    Vacuum Bags  

    Vacuum Bags are a 5 layer structure, which ensures complete protection of the products from any sort of damage. Nylon Polyamid based medium barrier Vacuum Bags are best suitable for products that demand a limited shelf life of 60to 12 months. The products that are highly oxygen sensitive or require longer shelf life of upto 2 years are packed in High Barrier EVOH Vacuum Bags. We specialize in manufacturing our gamut of Vacuum Bags in various size ranging from 100 grams to 25 kgs. We also customize our range as per the specifications of our clients.     3 Layer Films  

    Our 3 Layer Films are fabricated using different combinations of polyethylene & polypropolene resins, depending on the shelf life requirements of the products to be packaged. The 3 Layer Films are generally used for packaging of high shelf stable products as well as products that demand very short shelf life. These films are surface printed & can also be provided in a 6 layer poly / poly laminate option. Vast packaging applications of 3 Layer Films are as follows:

    Laminates
